How to enter

To enter the award, applicants must complete the application form. In addition, applicants must also submit an outline, of no more than 500 words, indicating why they are applying for the award, how they will use the award monies and indicating how they feel the award will influence their practice and urological nursing care. Applicants are reminded that the award is available in any aspect of urological nursing care. In addition the outline must:

• Be realistic in what can be achieved as a result of winning the award
• The outline must be typed on A4 paper, on one side of the sheet only.

The applicant's name or details that might make the applicant identifiable must NOT be included in the outline. The outline should be attached to the Application Form and both documents sent to:

to arrive no later than Monday 1st September 2008.

Entries will be judged blind by a panel established for the purpose and applicants will be informed of the result in October 2008.
